Title: 3d gravity as a tensor model
Abstract: I will present a tensor model with a perturbative expansion that can be organized as a sum over three dimensional topologies. Term by term, the results are identical to pure 3d gravity, as computed by Virasoro TQFT with certain modifications associated to large diffeomorphisms. The tensor integral can be interpreted as an integral over CFT2 data subject to bootstrap constraints.
