This Seminar presents faculty of the Physics and Astronomy program discussing their current research. All first-year graduate students are expected to attend -- attendance is taken -- and everyone else is welcome.

Course Information Details

Instructor: Prof. R. Gilman, rgilman _AT_ physics.rutgers.edu
Office hours: By arrangement. Email me any time; I usually respond within minutes to hours.
Grading: Pass/Fail, based on attendance. Students are generally expected to attend at least 75% of the seminars. No homework or exams. Class participation - asking questions - is encouraged but not required.
Technology requirements: Webex / zoom connection.
Learning goals: This course will familiarize you with research in the department, program requirements, and other information conducive to succeeding in graduate school and beyond.
